During Phase One, Walking Trails in Jacobs Ridge will be constructed along with new golf holes 10 and 11.

USE OF CERTAIN RECREATIONAL AMENITIES WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF USE FEES, MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS, OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WILL BE PART OF THE CAROLINA HILLS AT MEADOWBROOK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION. MEADOWBROOK GOLF CLUB IS A SEPARATE ENTITY THAT OFFERS GOLF MEMBERSHIP TO ANY PROPERTY OWNER.
