Carolina Hills is a new Master Planned Residential Community surrounding the existing Meadowbrook Golf Course. It is being developed by the Deck family who own Meadowbrook Golf Club, and who have lived on this land for over 100 years. The community will be a total of 512 acres with 260 acres of greenbelt and 374 homes clustered around the golf course, community parks and Commons . The golf course is being renovated by accomplished golf architect Rick Robbins.

Many of the custom homesites will be on the ridge overlooking the golf course and mountains. There will also be a variety of other residences including Patio homes, Golf Villas, Duplexes and townhomes. Homesites will start from $49,900 and luxury patio homes from $242,000.

A new golf clubhouse is planned including amenities for our residents such as walking trails, tennis, swimming, and fitness. Golf memberships will also be available.
