With purchase of a Custom Lot in Carolina Hills at Meadowbrook, Founder Member will receive 10% savings on any Custom Lot.

On any Patio Home purchase in the neighborhood of Calvert Commons, Founder Member will receive a $10,000 discount OR $10,000 of eligible upgrades of their choice from Builder.
